IP Pledge in times of Pandemic

IP communities are urging stake holders not to assert and make more information available.

Wellcome Trust (https://tinyurl.com/vphmn8x) calling for academic publications, datasets etc. relevant to Covid-19 to be released freely. This initiative is geared towards publishers to not put any relevant publications behind a paywall. Most recently, also Stanford, Harvard, MIT and Oxford have announced initiative to accelerate access to crisis-critical IP.

Open Covid Pledge goes a step further by urging stake holders not to  assert Covid-19 relevant IP for the duration of the pandemic.
